| I still love a little competition. It may seem odd but there are competitions in Yoga. It is more about challenging ourselves. This was my 4th competition. About 140 people came to support us in Portland, Oregon. | |

| If you’re ever in Oregon during September, be sure to visit the Eugene Health and Well-Being Celebration. Every year thousands of people arrive to celebrate life and good health, and to see the annual parade. Many people visited my booth or saw my introductory talk on the benefits of PSYCH-K®, and then signed up for the workshop! | |
